David has recently joined us at Hayden Real Estate as a Senior Sales Consultant, based at our Leopold office. He's a licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer Victoria. David brings to Hayden personal and professional services with 25 years sales experience combined with 15 years in rural corporate management.
Throughout his career, he has sold various types of properties in these states, ranging from residential and lifestyle properties to multi-million-dollar rural farming and corporate-managed rural enterprises. In 1997, David joined the Executive Management Team at Elders Victoria/Riverina/Tasmania as Operations Manager, and he was appointed General Manager for these regions in 2001. In 2008, he left Elders to join Rodwells and Ruralco Real Estate, where he expanded their presence across multiple locations in Southeastern Australia. After enjoying all the Sunny Coast has to offer in the last four years working for Hinterland, the family made the decision to return home here in Victoria.
David has earned a strong reputation for his adeptness in collaborating with clients spanning from country towns to city boardrooms. His negotiation prowess and talent for uniting buyers and sellers are highly regarded, consistently yielding impressive outcomes in a polished manner, all while fostering excellent relationships with all involved parties.
